Oregon Music Festival

EMMA for Peace is proud to announce a partnership with Oregon Music Festival.

OMF is a professional, international music festival dedicated to performance, promotion and development of classical music. As a summer music festival the event seeks to fill a gap in the city’s classical music offerings, in particular in the area of symphonic music. OMF is led by the Artistic Collegium (a group of distinguished musicians), managed by a professional staff and governed by local citizens. OMF is committed to high musical standards, the latest in music scholarship and music education. The festival seeks to engage both local and international artists and present a spectrum of complementary works with a core emphasis on one or more composers. OMF’s education efforts are channeled through Orpheus Academy Northwest which provides mentoring to young local musicians by festival’s resident artists.
